Get A Sense of Scale.
From the Planck length (1.616x10 [to the -35th power] m - the smallest measurement of length that has meaning) to the distance to the farthest known object (26,000,000 kly or 2.4x10 [to the 26th power] m - quasar SDSS_1044_0125), and just about everything in between.

Ran across this while doing some homework for my Literature, Science, and Technology class. If you are an English buff this is ultra cool.
I'd never heard of it before, but apparently with the Perseus Digital Library at Tufts University, you can do cool stuff like check out what the First Folio edition of Merchant of Venice looked like.
Check it out - all kinds of cool English geeky stuff.
